one thing to remember.......

Most, if not all, commercial circuit breakers for panels are derated 80%.
Meaning that for a 15A breaker, you can pull about 12A continious.  For a
20A breaker, about 16A continious.  Can they hold to 15 and 20A?  Yes, for a
time, but for CONTINIOUS loads, thats about all they are rated for.
