yeah.....don't you love it when the client, of many years, embarks on a new project, and expects it for cheap. When he asked for quite a few different things, and expected it to be way cheap, and when he read the bid and there was a loooooong pause...... And then he said, I didnt expect it to be this much, but I knew it would be more than usual.... I did preface the entire bid with a spec sheet, outlining exactly what had to be done, how it needed to be done, and what it would take to get the job done. But even then, they are often surprised. Bottom line is to create that work document, have both sign off on it, and sign off any ammendments to it. You don't want the client to come back at the end and say....I thought this was included.... _________________________________________________________________ Compare Cable, DSL or Satellite plans: As low as $29.95. https://broadband.msn.com -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The list server can filter out subtopics (like ads or off topics) for you.
