Did you see the phrase: "It would be nice if everyone:" He didn't decide, he just suggested the way he could be most useful. Everybody has right to suggest the way one could be most useful, I think, especially for free. "These things are neither difficult nor time consuming to do. It's just common sense and courtesy to your readers."
