I totally agree Ken. I personally hate inline replies, especially when a thread gets long, it's very difficult to see who's replying to whom. I also agree about choosing how to spend *my* (or your) time. On a busy day this list generates a couple hundred e-mails, and that can consume a fair amount of everybody's time. Often I find myself starting to write a response to something, and I stop and ask myself if this really adds anything to the discussion, or just consume bandwidth.
