Yesterday I got the ESR meter from E-Leader (assembled, shipped from Australia to US). Overall it looks functional and I think it will be useful around here, for example to test capacitors used in DC/DC converter. The construction of the unit look very cheap. No battery holder, LED holding screws visible from the front, very cheap push button, etc, but is functional.
