Or you can set up a dummy PostScript printer that always prints to a file (Windows has drivers built-in; pick any HP model that supports PostScript), and then you can optionally use Ghostscript to convert the output file to PDF, PNG, or whatever. I just set this up for myself and it works great, even handling multiple-page schematics correctly.
