I notice the chip is specified with 6 volt minimum, sorry. It probably will
work with 5 volts, give it a try. If it works, you'll want to change the bias
for best performance at that low voltage, which means you would
change the four 10K resistors in the center part of the circuit for 6.8 K

If you want to run it at high voltages, not only do you need to change
the bias, you also need to limit the gain cell current, ask me how if
you're interested.
