I misread the 200uA gate current spec (thought I was seeing mA :^( ... so didn't use any current limiting resistor on the gate. With 0.25V+ on the gate, I'd have expected to be able to cause the device to "latch", but I'm not seeing any current at all. Would you agree, "it's dead, Jim!"? BTW, I'm using these in a pure DC context, to programmatically latch an LCD backlight "ON". (Since I couldn't *dedicate* a port pin to that function, I'm just combining some pins' modality to determine when the backlight should be On or Off). Thanks for your suggestion!
