I've ran 80211b,g, and a all without any problems.  Two things I've =
found
to be helpful are:
1) Buy LinkSys or Cisco as they are compatible with everyone else
   and have a better tx/rx system as I can get much further with
   them.
2) If your near a hospital don't expect anything to work.
