Hi all...
  Since I've rarely needed to use an SCR in a design, I'm not saavy re:
which parts are
the most-commonly-available (i.e. easiest to find) "standards".  Perhaps
someone could
suggest a device that can handle 300mA continuous, 500mA peak current, @5V.
I'd hope to find something like this in a TO-92 pkg, but I could go larger
if need be.
