Use a DC/DC converter (voltage doubler). You'll get an output of 12 to 18=
 V.=20
So I would recommend you to use a 9 V Cell, convert it to 18V and use a=20
voltage regulator Chip for 5V and 12V  (7805 and 7812).
There are plans for building a PC power supply that is connected to the 1=
2V=20
supply of a car somwhere on my harddisk. If I find them, I'll send you th=
e=20
link where I'd download them!
