The world has many people, all of differing abilities and personalities. Some people need to learn that the comments of a frustrated/overworked individual should not (usualy) be construed as a personal attack. It's very easy to go a little OTT in mailing lists/forums in the heat of the moment, leading to bruised ego's and the accompanying flames. Learn to chill out and accept that nothing in the world is perfect, not even the piclist.
