As far as soft= ware is concerned, I use IC-PROG (by Bonny Gijzen) on Windows and Picprog (by Jaakko Hyv=E4tti) on Linux. The one feature I really would like adding to= IC-PROG is a single button that reloads the hexfile and (if the hexfile l= oads OK) reprograms the PIC.
