My personal favourite programmer is a Maplin "PIC16C84 Programmer" (basic=

is concerned, I use IC-PROG (by Bonny Gijzen) on Windows and Picprog (by
Jaakko Hyv=E4tti) on Linux. The one feature I really would like adding to=
