Are you still a Third Party Member? Is Al Lovrich still running the Third
Party division at Microchip? Maybe he can help you out. You certainly have
given Microchip a lot of business (PICmicros) through your programmers --
I'm sure if you talk to the right person at Microchip they should help you
out, since you are ultimately helping Microchip out.

I wish I could help you, but I have no PIC16F88s.

Hi Piclisters.

Can anyone help my acquire a small number of the new 16F88 PICs.
I need to test the WARP-13 support for these parts.

One piece would be immediately useful but four - six  pieces prudent
(as I too can have accidents, Dorothy ;-)

Being in Australia it is really hard to get samples locally. It is bit of a
Joke really. Microchip  will not send samples to Australia and the local
distributors are hopeless. over the last 18 months I have requested samples
of all the latest released PICs and the only one's that I have ever received
where the 18Fx520 parts. And this was three months after they have been
released as production parts!

Usually I buy my samples from Digikey but they have no stock of the
18F88 at this time.

So can anyone point me in the right direction. Any help appreciated.
