For small boards, I'm using clear address labels. I stick them to a piece of glass (have to be careful of bubbles) and clamp that to the board. The labels are actually sort of translucent, but it still takes only 3 minutes under my flourescent desk lamp. What size are your window decals? And which side is the ink on?
