Does anyone else use PCB tracks plugged into edge connectors (like ISA bus
connectors) for ICSP?  It's a good 'zero-cost-per-board' option, plug the
populated board into an edge connector for programming- you just need to
sacrifice enough board area for the 'fingers' of copper.  It also works
well for breadboard as it's on 0.1" spacing.
