Check out the TEA5757 chip from Philips. I've seen it used in many plug-in radio cards for desktop PCs and in USB radio modules. http://www-us.semiconductors.philips.com/pip/TEA5757H.html However, I'm not aware of any available pre-made OEM modules based on this chip; you'd have to assemble the circuit yourself.
