Check out the TEA5757 chip from Philips. I've seen it used in many
plug-in radio cards for desktop PCs and in USB radio modules.

However, I'm not aware of any available pre-made OEM modules based on
this chip; you'd have to assemble the circuit yourself. It doesn't
support IBOC (digital radio), either.
