(Not sure if this is [PIC] or [EE]...)

I know how to use a MAX232 (or an equivalent chip)
together with a PIC at 5V. But what about if
you'd like to run your PIC at 3V ? Is there RS232
chips that also runs at 3V ? Or do I have to put
some 3v <-> 5v buffer in between ?
