So you are entitled to an opinion: in which circumstances should a beginner be advised to carry on with his precious 16C84-04, and in which circumtances should he immediately burn it while waving a herring? I am inclined to advise the latter in almost all cases, but maybe your (relatively) fresh experience can give me some arguments for the other side?
