Okay, so, to correct my previous post; Running at 20MHz, I still do not
need a NOP anywhere, unless I am only toggling the CLK line, as it
requires 285ns for each state of the clock cycle ( high must be at least
285 ns, low must be at least 285ns ).

Thanks for fixing my time per instruction cycle error.
