OK, this is definitely an improvement to sending everything at attachments
(if this were third grade, you would get a gold star sticker now), but do
you REALLY need to PGP sign your PIClist messages?  As far as I can tell
it just adds a bunch of visual diarrhea to your messages.

This is better than not including the original message at all, but not
much.  Many people don't read messages on line, don't want to bother
clicking on a link just to get the context of a message, etc.  Yes, I know
James does this too, but fortunately but he's been the only one so far.
It's an annoying habit you would do well not to emulate.

It's really very easy to quote the relevant parts of the original message
in a reply (like I just did).
