Select what you want to copy, then do CUT.  This really does a COPY, not a
CUT.  Then PASTE as usual.

Remember in Eagle that if you want to COPY use CUT.  If you want to CUT,
too bad.  If you want to draw lines, use WIRE, except when those lines
represent wires, then you use NET.   (Duh)
