Look under Tools>Options...>Security tab. The top section says "Virus Protection". There are two radio buttons, then two check boxes. The second check box says "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." Uncheck that box. Note that this does make you quite a bit more vulnerable, so be careful!
