This is the update of the 8.00PL4 bug I reported.

I emailed HiTech support yesterday with the bug descriptions and the code. I
described to them what wasn't working when compiled with 8.00PL4. I got
their reply this morning.

They said they had compiled my code (didn't specify with what version of the
compiler) and find the same problem did not occur in they simulator. They
suggested I use they latest version 8.02.  If the problem disappears, then
"there probably is a bug in version 8.00PL4 that has been fixed."

I wrote back and requested them to compile the code with 8.00PL4 to identify
the bug then look up the source code to see if it has been truly fixed. I
said, the same problem no longer appears in the latest version doesn't mean
it was truly fixed. If it was not truly fixed, it will manifest itself again
under a different condition.

I will report to you what the outcome is.
