Why not just see if there is anything to learn in these critisisms. If so, great something positive has been achieved. If not then simply ignore them.=20 It doesn't really matter if someone is trying to appear superior or not. If the goal is to learn, then we will learn regardless of other people's attitudes. Also, I think it is a little dangerous to presume to think we know "why" someone does something (ie. judge their motives), maybe at best we can = look at certain behaviour and determine not to be that way ourselves if it = does not line up with our own code of ethics. I find this forum is excellent for many things that include learning, networking with other like-minded poeple, sharing ideas and helping = others. If I offer a potential solution to someone and it is incorrect, then it is very beneficial that someone points out the mistake so that I will = know better next time.
