Most ICSP connectors I know are meant for HVP and omit the PGM. My
Wisp628 uses a DB15 edge-style that includes PGM connector, but AFAIK no
other programmer uses this connector.

If you used HVP I would vote for the jack that Microchip puts on its
recent products (ICD1, ICD2, and some target boards).
