In your code I don't see a bsf gie anywhere yet you have an
interrupt routine. Are you expecting to see the ISR executed ?

Your writing style is quite different to mine and I find it a little
hard to follow so maybe I missed something

(BTW, if you can arrange for your mails to not be attachments
it will save some unnecessary rudeness. Insults like that aren't
particularly pleasant reading are they ?)
