Hi Ishaan, Thanks for your response and clarification. Yes, I've seen and I aware of these three different package bundles. What caused the confusion for me was a poster said "mine came with only USB" instead of saying "mine came with only a USB cable". I incorrectly jumped to the conclusion that Microchip was making an ICD2 with only a USB port interface. My fault, sorry for the wasted bandwidth -- thread is over -- I have my answer -- thanks to all who responded. The cheapest has only the module w/ USB cable, the middle one includes module/USB/RS232/power supply while the high end has all of the above plus the PICDEM2+ demo board.
