This info is in the ICD2 Help section in MPLAB, in both version
6.x and 5.7x.  I don't recall seeing it in the manual.

Yes, I'm very satisfied with it- it's cheap and easy to use.  I
suppose if you're used to using a full-featured in-circuit
emulator like ICE2000 or ICE4000 you'd probably find the ICD to
be rather dinky; but it beats having no debugging tool at all.
