Pay attention to the following regarding assembly of the CC1000PP..

Components P1 and P2 has to be mounted from the solderside of the PCB!
Notice also that L101 should be mounted with the white band facing
towards the x-tal.
Reference points for 'pick-and-place':
Top left pin for GND coordinate (2540,3780)
Lower right pin coordinate (3040,2780)
