Are you running into the proble  when you are running it stand alone on a
different computer?  I had a similar problem when Win 98 came out. I was building
a downtime anaylsis program for automatically keeping up with downtime on a
pruduction line for Georgia Pacific. The program ran fine here  when I ran it
from Windows an dVB, but when I compiled it and took it to the computer I had
set up it would give me an erro.  The solution was that I was missing the
vbrun files on the computer at the site.

You may have a similar problem in that a file is missing  on one, but is
already installed on the computer with the VB on it.   just a thought.
