Depends. The price would be right for someone who realy needs 16F84A and nothing else. But too high to tempt someone away from a 16F628A, which is the most compareable modern chip. I sell them for ~ $ 3.00, so your price should be significantly lower ($2?) to be attractive as a 16F628 alternative. So you are definitely not a rip-off, but you need to find someone who realy wants those chips to get rid of them at that price. But check ebay, I don't know what the current 'free market' price for 2nd hand 16F84A's is.
