et everything up and it works when ADCON1 is 00000000 which in the datashee=
t says all the port A pins are set as analog, but when i switch it to 00001=
110 which should be all digital except RA0,=20it doesn't work. I checked the e=
rrata thinking maybe... but no. The midrange mcu datasheet doesn't give any=
 more detail either. I won't waste your time posting the code, cuz it works=
 with 00000000.. thanks everyone :-(
