Fine here with IE6

It appears colours are from the chart "safe" to use with IE or NS.
If you're talking about the left-hand panel, maybe #000000 on
#CCCCCC instead of on #999999

But I really don't want to detract from all Nicolas' work that must
have gone into the IDE and page. I'll be trying it out
