They are about to tear down a building adjacent to mine, and I figured it
might be fun to set up a time lapse recording webcam to record and serve up
the activity. A quick look at what I can find with google turns up all kinds
of streaming software, but seemingly nothing that can hook onto a Winblows
WDM video driver (it's an oddball camera with Winblows 98 USB drivers only).

And suggestions or pointers on how to automatically time lapse record the event,
and serve up a web page with the live and archive streams??
