I can't imaging I could stand it without regular physical exercises during the work-time. What I feel I do need are regular light spinal column stretching and set of different free movements to get all muscles work under light load. Usually it takes about 20 minutes every two or three hours. I use to launch some rock music on my PC and perform all my sports right near working place (I'm just lazy to go to other room). Mike. P.S. Are you sure these were heart attacks, not neuralgia? P.S. P.S. Anybody feel free to change tag and subject :-) -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
