None, *if* the programmer does a "erese all" as the first step.
But isn't the config bits pre-set in the HEX file ? Ad would
be re-configured on next programming cycle anyway.

Yes, *if* the programmer resets the chip as the last step (if I'm not wrong).

Yes, if everyting else are correctly setup to run (MCLR, OSC, and so on).
