One thing that I really don't like about Yahoo groups is that the
archives are quite unpleasent to use. If the not-too-spiffy search tool
doesn't work you'd have to dig through LOTS of pages to find anything.
And when you're reading posts there's a full-page ad every few messages.

The worst thing is that there seems to be a 32 MB limit on storage (how
long will it take the PIClist to fill that up?) piclist.com could hold
archives with Yahoo just used to actually mail things out but Yahoo
probably wouldn't really appreciate having a good chunk of their
advertising taken away.
