You might want to check out www.freelists.org. I've run several mailing lists on www.freelists.org for a couple of years, but they're all small potatoes compared to this list. The admin functions can be done via a web interface or E-mail. Burned-out administrators can even turn on the MYOPTIC flag and not see the bounced E-mail. :-) You might want to check them out to see if PICList qualifies. I checked out several options, including Yahoo, before I chose Freelists.
