You might want to ask this over at the official Altium maillist at their website. From reading the messages on the DXP list I think you need to change your query terms from IsPolygon to InPolygon. I don't use DXP yet but, as I understand it, IsPolygon gets you only the outline and InPolygon gets the tracks that make up (are in) the polygon.
