I need some small (6"x3") aluminium parts punch pressed and possibly zinc
plated or anodized/powder coated.

Initially I'll need a couple of prototypes, and then a very small production
run (25-100 units).

I *think* this means that most regular fab shops won't be interested....but
maybe there's a more specialist shop out there that can help me? I'd prefer
they're in Canada (pref. Toronto).

Otherwise I'll end up using www.frontpanelexpress.com....but they're
expensive, and I'd have to end up getting their prototype made locally
anyway.
