10 sheets, one at a time, before they are worn out :-) No, seriously, I'v used a simple "office/paper" guillotine to cut between 0.05 mm and 0.80 mm laminate. Probably OK for for hobby use, and do not expect it to last forever. For larger volumes I went to a metal shop and used the 2 m wide cutter (manual) there. But I did a couple of 100's of cuts... And it's not the copper but the fiber glass that is hard and worns out the guillotine. It is fiber glass (FR4) laminate you have ? Jan-Erik.
