Just an update on my ICSP problems: Someone suggested tying the Vcc to GND with a 330 ohm resistor. That didn't work. Next thing I found on the Warp-13 site was running the RBx pins from the header thru 220 ohm resistors. That didn't help. So I dug and dug and dug and eventually came up with a small, brief reference that changes to make the 16F676 work in the Redback 11e firmware "broke" the programming for the 16F819 (the chip I'm using). I had programmed what was listed as Redback 11f into the firmware chip, but it turns out that was really 11e. So now I have to order a 16F876-20 and a 20 Mhz ceramic resonator to upgrade to the RX28 firmware. And I'll say this once more: this is the only problem I've had with this otherwise excellent product. OTOH, Wouter's free Wisp is looking better and better....
