In Miami last year, a law was passed prohibiting copy from pulling someon= e=20 over and issuing a ticket if within 5mph above the posted speed limit. =20 Allegedly this eliminates/reduces the speedo-error argument. Of course at 6mph above the limit, the ticket is for exactly that amount = (no=20 5mph grace/error factor allowed). Cheers, -Neil.
