Hi folks...

Could do with some guidance on part choice...I need 3.3vdc with the
following specs:

Low current requirement (~100mA), 3.3vdc and I think I'd prefer TO-220 or
TO-92 packaging (the latter would be fine as I doubt I'd need a heatsink at
that current).

It's for driving an MMC...and I've been told they don't tolerate voltage
shifts very well....so I need something that's pretty bang-on 3.3vdc and
doesn't shift.

Any guidance? Otherwise I'm guessing with Digikey :-/
