This is what I need, but I don't know what it is called:

Things like a basic stamp use a small circuit board that has pins
connected to it to allow it to plug into a breadboard.  Some of these
are right-angles, but I have seen SMT to through-hole adapters that use
pins that are parallel to the plane of the board.

Can anyone tell me what these are called, or even better, a Digikey part
number?
