Is it too late to get something in writing? I would expect to clarify the relationship and expectations of each party in the present and future. Like what if you never get paid What if you accept a position as a creditor or perhaps a shareholder. I would send it in a registered letter if they choose not to communicate at this time. I know that this is not the accepted norm, but if you pursue your interests and carefully document them your attorney will have some resources if you must go to court. Even letters to your files will help if it comes to a claim. Even if things don't go your way, you will be a better businessman the next time around! A little patience with them just might get you in on the ground floor of a great opportunity. Think positive, but develop other income as well, this may not bear fruit.
