It's not that bad here in the USA. I bought an aftermarket cruise
control from Audiovox (available for US$109 at
http://www.jcwhitney.com), and installed it myself. Went pretty
smoothly, other than I did it in the middle of the day, in high heat and
humidity. I was drenched by the time I finished :)
