Use the development environment at http://www.embedinc.com/pic/ and have a
look at how the linker is called. You may find this a bit bewildering if you
have not used a linker at all before, but it is all there. Give the other
projects on the site a try (see the HAL project for a self contained
example). Follow the install instructions to install the PIC development
stuff, then the HAL project, and you should then be able to build the HAL
project by using the batch file for the project.
