Except if you have an old car like I used to and didn't bother to change the oil. It actually turned into grease. The oil pressure will change depending on the condition of the engine and oil filter, and type of oil used. A friend of mine has a 1975 Harley Davidson and only topped up the oil when needed. He did this for over 15 years and never actually changed it.
